Triple A performing arts stages Hindi play "Chor Chor Mauseray Bhai" | | | Early Times Report REASI, Sept 26: Rajnesh Gupta's comedy Hindi play "Chor Chor Mauseray Bhai" was staged by Triple A Performing Arts Reasi at Salalkot. The play was directed by Raja Aamir Khan, who was assisted by Dharminder Rathore. On the occasion, PL Bharadwaj was the chief guest while Mohinder Singh Sarpanch was the guest of honour and Pritam Singh Sarpanch Kotli was the special guest on the occasion. There were five main characters in the play. Ashraf is the owner of a house. Nusrat is his wife and she belongs to a well reputed family. Shekhu is the servant of Ashraf. He is bachelor and belongs to a poor family. Fatima is Ashraf's sister, she is 40 years old and married. Kale Khan is married old man and all his children are also married. He is a rich man and wants to get married again. Ashraf opens a marriage bureau where Kale Khan comes and spends a lot of money. Shekhu impersonates as a young bachelor Wasim and befools Fatima who inturn is trying to befool Wasim by pretending to be a young beautiful girl. Wasim makes a lot of money by befooling Fatima. In the end Ashraf's wife reveals all the truth. Kale Khan gets married to Fatima. Shekhu alias Wasim was caught by the police and arrested. The artist who acted in the play included Monika Kumari as Nusrat, Zail Singh as Ashraf, Gopal Krishan as Shekhu alias Wasim, Saima Akhtar as Fatima, Dharminder Rathore as Kale Khan and Rakesh Kumar as Police Inspector. |
