AAP targets J&K's traditional political parties for chaotic conditions | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 27: While criticizing the biased implementation of newly amended Motor vehicle Act in presence existing chaotic conditions, S. Deep Singh the founder member and national council member of Aam Aadmi Party said that RSS/BJP'S sponsored after UTs declared 'Khushaali' slogans still seem day dream in view of their incompetent and corrupt image within rest of Indian states but at present, since long unplanned and corrupt performance based urbanization within the two capital cities by Congress, National Conference, PDP & BJP is being awfully faced by citizens. In absence of required widening of 70 years old planned city roads' management, incredible driving licensing system & other RTO related reforms, needed human behavior of police, careless carriage practice of building materials by dumpers and tractor trolleys, unchecked misuse of roads/lanes for dumping building material by so-called municipal corporations, roads accidents care and well managed parking slots, implementation of amended 'Motor Vehicle Act' with provisions of heavy fines is completely unjustified, he added. Mute spectator role of state High Court on the said issues is also quite painful, he further added. One feels embarrassed when his/her car gets dented within big but un-monitored parking slots like state High Court complexes both at Jammu and Srinagar, Deep Singh revealed. In absence of required guide lines, 16-18 feet wide lanes within private colonies are openly being encroached by the house builders by way of 4-5 feet long ramps landing towards such lanes, he added. In said like unchecked chaotic conditions even within Governor's one man rule, who will trust RSS/BJP 'UTs related bogus 'Khushaali' slogans? he questioned. |
