| DPS Jammu excel in Inter-School Debate, Poetry Competition | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 27: Samridhi Singh (VIII-H) & Khushi Soni (X-C) of Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school by securing second position in Inter-School Debate and Poetry Competition on the occasion of "Hindi Diwas" organized by Alexander Memorial School, Jammu held on 13th September, 2019. Samridhi recited the poem "Jo Beet Gayi So Baat Gayi" written by the famous poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan while Khushi spoke beautifully on the topic "Aaj ka Daur Mein Hindi Bhasha Ka Mahatv". Eleven participants from different schools of Jammu had also participated in the competition. The students were awarded Certificate of Merit and Mementoes. Principal, DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra congratulated the students and teachers incharge Indu Bala and Vivek Nidhi. Headmistress, Meenu Gupta also applauded them. President, RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh and Director, S.S Sodhi Ji extended their best wishes to the participants and teachers incharge. |
