Incharge cadres hold meeting to discuss their regularization

JAMMU, Sept 29: A joint meeting of all incharge gazetted cadres of school education department of Jammu province was held at Jammu, in which more than one hundred retired and serving in-charge cadres participated .
The meeting was convened by Amar Nath Thakur state chairman SEECC/JKGTF to discuss the regularization issue. The regularization of all 8000 back log and 2500 fresh incharge gazetted cadres Joint directors, CEOs, Principals, ZEOs lecturers and headmasters has to be completed before 30/10/2019 which has not been done since 2007 till date .All speakers expressed their hope that order No.114 GAD of. 2019 dt.23-01-2019.issued after SAC decision to regularize all fresh and back log as an exemption would be implemented now .Chief secretary in this regard has also issued directions to regularize all incharge officers.
Speaking on the occasion A N Thakur said, he is fully confident that commissioner secretary school education Sarita Chouhan is very particular to regularize all cadres and implement the SAC decision in this regard taken on 7/12/2018. He further said that he has reminded her in this regard during the meetings held twice in jammu recently.
He thanked PSC +2 petitioners and others to extend their co operation in resolving the regularization issue amicably and hoped that in future also they would help in resolving all pending cadre issues amicably. He said that during the joint meeting of Incharge lecturers and PSC lecturers led by him at Jammu, Commissioner secretary has directed all to point out and prepare the list of all those who have been wrongly benefited if any to her to take appropriate action. He further added that department has decided now to get verified all doubtful degrees or certificates through the department from the concerned institutions and universities and process has been started. All teaching fraternity members must be confident that department this time would not spare anyone who has done anything wrong .
Speaking on the occasion Ravesh Kumar state co-ordinator incharge lecturers forum said that we are lucky that we have honest, able and dedicated leaders like Amar Nath Thakur, Shouket Wani, Shouket Laherwal Rajesh Gorkha, Prem chand, Daleep kumar ,Mir Manzoor , Tsering Charol and many others fighting this regularizing for last five years regularly. He also said that other incharge cadres Joint directors, CEOs, ZEOs and headmaster did not supported when case was in the court and remain only spectators only.
