Anti-terrorist op in Ganderbal, terrorist killed | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Sept 29: An unidentified militant was killed in an encounter with the security forces in Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday. The Indian Army began the anti-terrorist operations in Ganderbal on Saturday and it has been 36 hours since the encounter with the terrorists began. The security forces had killed one terrorist on Saturday in the forest area of Ganderbal district. The searches and the anti-terror operations were intensified on Sunday. An encounter broke out between terrorists and the Army personnel on Sunday afternoon in which another terrorist has been neutralised. It is believed that a terrorist group infiltrated and is hiding in the forest area of Ganderbal. It has been 36 hours since the encounter began. The searches and the combing operations would continue on Monday morning. |
