Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 29: Urging Prime Minister's, Union Finance and Minister of State Finance to release pending installment of 5% DA due from July 1, 2019 in favor of both central and State Governments employees and pensioners, President of the National Mazdoor Conference(NMC) Subash Shastri said that it becomes all the necessary to announce and release this installment of dearness allowance as salaried class/pensioners find very it difficult to make both ends meet. "That cost of items consumption having increased manifolds , the interest of both central/state governments employees and pensioners should be provide immediate financial relief in releasing this installment of DA in the upcoming union cabinet meeting," Shastri said this while addressing a well attended meeting of NMC Workers here. He hoped that the salaried class and pensioners are likely to receive a big bonanza ahead of the festival season by the NDA Govt. at the centre added that compensation the much speculated 5% DA for the 1, July 2019 period may now come through as an Navratras festival gift. Describing Prime Minister's Narendra Modi as great chanayaka of world politics, he described abrogation of article 370 decision of the Modi led Govt. at the centre as a historical one, demanded that the central Government minimum wages act be implemented at par with other union territories applicable minimum wage rates. He further demanded implementation of Employees Provident Fund scheme 1995 and minimum wages in J & k at par with centre.
