JAMMU, Sept 30: State High Court HAS issued transfer and posting of six District & Sessions Judges.
According to the order issued by Sanjay Dhar, Registrar General of J&K High Court, Vinod Chatterji Koul, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jammu is transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal vice Jaffer Hussain Beg. Mohammad Akram Chowdhary, Member Secretary, J&K State Legal Services Authority is repatriated and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Samba vice MK Sharma. RK Wattal, Registrar Vigilance, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir is transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jammu vice Vinod Chatterji Koul.
The services of Shahzad Azeem and MK Sharma are placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice for their posting in the High Court Registry/ State Legal Services Authority.
Jaffer Hussain Beg, Chairman, J&K Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, is repatriated and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Rajouri vice Shahzad Azeem.
Meanwhile, in an another order, the services of Sarfraz Hussain Shah who was appointed as District Judge vide Government Order No. 1962- LD(A) of 2017 dated 01-06-2017 are regularized against the substantive post held by him with effect from the date of his ad hoc appointment. (JNF) |
