| UTTA expresses gratitude over inauguration of Indoor Complex Udhampur | | |  Early Times Report
Udhampur, Sept 30: Udhampur Table Tennis Association (UTTA) has expressed gratitude on inauguration of much hyped project Indoor Sports Complex Udhampur. Indoor Sports Complex was inaugurated by MoS PMO Dr Jitendra Singh yesterday.
While addressing a press conference at Udhampur, Tarun, General Secretary UTTA informed that the foundation stone of this Complex was laid by then sports minister in presence of then MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia on November 16, 2013.
He said that players had their long demand of Indoor Sports Complex for many years and on 2013, due to continuous efforts of sports lovers and on special recommendation of then MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia Indoor Sports Complex was sanctioned for Udhampur.
Tarun said that lack of sports infrasttructure in Udhampur has already pushed the future of sports lovers in darkness but the inauguration of this project will give sigh of relief to players. |
