Human Rights violation in Pakistan
Omkar Dattatray10/11/2019 10:14:58 PM
Pakistan is not ashamed of its worst record of human rights violations committed against various sections of its society. But it unnecessarily and falsely raises the bogey of so called Human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir and other parts of India on minorities. Pakistan should see unto its sleeves before raising the false accusations of human rights violations in India. Recently that country has once again raised the issue of so called violations of human rights on the kashmiris' in J&K with the international body UNCHR and there also Pakistan was exposed as the agency knows it well how minorities in Pakistan are treated. But still Pak raises the false issue of human rights violations in J&K. But Pakistan only earns rebuke. India is a democratic country and the largest democracy of the world where rule of law and constitution rules supreme and there is track record of observance of human rights in J&K and other parts of India. In India and in its state of J&K human rights of people are observed and followed and there is no discrimination between citizens and observance of human rights shines in India and the international community knows it well. Minorities in India are treated as the first class citizens like the majority community and there is not even a solitary case of human rights violations as all people are treated alike in accordance with law and constitution. All citizens without any discrimination of race, religion, caste and creed are treated equally and there is no human rights violation. Besides there are human rights organizations and human rights activists who raise and denounce if any rare human right violation takes place and necessary steps are taken to prevent any such rights violation. Indian army and para military forces are a disciplined a lot and they rarely indulge in human rights violations. Contrary to this in Pakistan human rights violations are taking place day in and day out. The Hindu, Sikh, Christian minorities are discriminated in Pakistan and these minority communities are treated as second class citizens without having any human rights. Not only these religious minorities but Bulochies, Sindhis, kashmiris of POK, Phakutans etc are facing worst kind of human rights violations. These people are treated very shably in Pakistan. While in theory there is democracy in Pakistan but in practice there is army rule and dictatorship. The Pakistan army is indulging in the worst kind of human rights violations on its citizens particularly minorities. Even co-religionists are not treated with respect and dignity their rights are trampled and they are also worst than animals. Those Muslims who have migrated to Pakistan from India on the unfortunate division of India and creation of Pakistan are called "Muhajiris" and are treated with disdain and as second class citizens. This is the sad plight of these coreligionists and what to talk about the human rights violations of the religious minorities in Pakistan. The people from minority community of Hindus and Sikhs and even Christians are forcibly converted to Islam. The innocent minority girls or forcibly married to Muslim boys and are converted to Islam. There are attacks on the members of the minority religious communities and these in most cases or state sponsored and this is the record of human rights in Pakistan. But still Pakistan is not feeling shy of raising the bogey of false human rights violations in Indian J&K and that country draws flank from the UNCHR and other human rights originations .Isn't it a share case of the part calling cattle black. Instead of raising so called human rights violations in J&K and other parts of India of the minority, Pakistan is required to observe the human rights of its minorities and even its co-religionists like Shais , Ahamadhies who are treated as non Muslims in Pakistan. This is the worst case of human rights violations. So instead of raising fake case of human rights violations in India that country is required to check its own record of human rights violations. Pakistan raises the false case of human rights violations in J&k just to divert the attention of the gullible masses of Pakistan from its failures and also to keep itself in the limelight. The fact is the Pakistan its army and police is involved in the worst kind of human rights violations as its security forces are not a disciplined lot. In brief Pakistan should mend its recall of human rights and desist from raising the so called violation of human rights in Indian J&K as the whole world knows it well that India observes human rights of its people while Pakistan indulges in human rights violations and thus draws flank from the international rights organizations. Therefore before raising false human rights violations on minorities in India, that country should put its own record right .Even the basic rights are denied to people especially minorities and their human rights are trampled upon . There is no religious freedom as in India and members of religious communities are forcibly converted to Islam. Recently a girl from Sikh community was forced to marry a Muslim boy against her wishes and thus converted to Islam. Not only Sikh girls, the innocent Hindu girls are also converted to Islam against their will and this is the state of human rights in Pakistan. The minorities are persecuted and converted to Islam and still Pakistan raises the false noise of human rights violations in India. This is the matter of grave and great concern. Pakistan should, mend its way and stop violating the human rights of its minorities and its co-religionists. Will Pakistan do it is a million dollar question?
