Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 11: Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray has appealed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to give special exemption to the youth of Jammu and Kashmir for educational institutions and employment. While addressing media person here today, State chief Manish Sahni said that Jammu and Kashmir is standing on the front line as compared to other states on unemployment. Sahni further said that under the garb of 370, there was lack of resources, limited opportunities for the youth to refine their talent. Sahni, while giving the favor of the youth of Kashmir, said that where the people had seen the train running for the first time in 2008, it can be guessed how backward this area is. Sahni said that if special exemption in education and employment is not given to the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, Shivsena will become the voice of the youth on the streets and will protest the declaration of J&K as a Union Territory.
