Jammu, Oct 11: An Army Jawan, who had suffered serious injuries, after Pakistan Army on Friday violated the ceasefire agreement by resorting to unprovoked firing and shelling along the Line of Control in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, succumbed to his injuries in an Army hospital, here. Official sources said here that Pakistani Army initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing small arms and shelling with mortars in Rajouri sector. "An Army Jawan suffered injuries in the cross border firing and he was evacuated. Own troops gave a befitting reply to the firing," they added. |
