Stephens School celebrates accomplishments | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 2: Stephens International Public School has for years been a pioneer in paving the way of success for its scholars. Poonardeep Singh, an alumnus of the school (2014 pass out) has made the school proud by cracking IES Examination 2019 in his first attempt. IES is one of the toughest examinations in the country. Engineering officers for the Government of India are selected on the basis of combined three-stage recruitment process - preliminary, mains and interview. Poonardeep carved a niche for himself by getting 54th rank in mechanical engineering. Relishing his exemplary accomplishment Poonardeep says, "I owe my success to my school and my family for being a facilitator and a guide for me, which made it possible to fulfil my goal.' Harmanpreet Kour, another ex-student, made the school proud as she got selected for PhD program in Ecology and Evolution in Stanford University on a full scholarship this year. Stanford University is rated as one of the best Universities in the World. Harmanpreet Kour sincerely thanked her teachers and school for giving her wings to fly and realize her dreams. |
