NHM employees urge LG to formulate regularization policy | | | Early Times Report DODA, Nov 25: Sr NHM Leader and Former District President from Doda, Faizan A Tramboo has urged upon the Lt. Governor J&K Girish Chandra Murmu to formulate any kind of regularization policy for all National Health Mission Employees of the state, so that their genuine and long pending demand is met at the earliest. In a statement issued to media, Former District President Faizan A Tramboo said that more than 12000 Employees are working in health department under different schemes of National Health Mission (NHM) which includes RBSK, NCD, IDSP, RNTCP, JKSACS (NACO) and others for the last more than 15 years and yet despite various peaceful protests and representation made to Govt of J&K, so any such policy has been framed favouring NHM Employees due to which the NHM Employees including Doctors, Paramedics and Management Staff are facing insecurity about their future. Tramboo further informed that since the last three years, Govt of J&K has constituted two different committees one in 2017 and another in 2018, to examine all the issues and grievances related to regularization of NHM Employees but unfortunately so far the committee has failed in putting up the regularization case of NHM Employees which shows the non seriousness of State Govt towards NHM Employees. |
