| JKGPAOA elects new body | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 25: The Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Graduate Promotee Officers Association (JKGPAOA) under the Chairmanship of its President, Ragbir Antahal conducted General Body Meeting in which Prem Singh, Agriculture Extension Officer as new President and Arun Kumar Gupta AEO as Chairman and Kesar Durani, Gen. Secy. were unanimously nominated of JKGPAOA. A bid of warm send-off was given to Ragbir Antahal who is superannuating on 30-11-2019.
It was highlighted in the meeting that during brief one year tenure of Ragbir Antahal as President of JKGPAOA, the issues such unjustified Direct Recruitment to Class-VII done w.e.f 1989, DPC/PSC of eligible VEWs/ JAAs/ JAEOs not conducted as per due share, pending finalization of seniority of all cadres, non-filling of vacancy to provide consistent employability, proliferation of undue benefits to blue eyed boys through temporary culture industry/ assignment of multi-post charge to single officer, undue benefits of higher education in irrelevant subjects drawn by influential persons, pay anomaly caused due to degradation in pay scale of gazetted/non-gazetted Agriculture Graduate Officers, pending implementation of ICAR order to declare BSc. Agriculture as Professional Degree etc. have been taken up with the higher authorities very strongly. |
