Jammu, Nov 27: The newly formed "Shahidi Chowk Jagran Samiti" organised its first "Vishal Jagran" at Shahidi Chowk Jammu which was attended by people from all walks of life.
The first ever Jagran at the historical and prominent area of old city, Shahidi Chowk, attracted huge crowds where bhajans were recited and kirtan was held whole night by renowned singers. Beating the cold winter night, enthusiastic devotees attended the Jagran in huge numbers, sought blessings of Mata and had prasad.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State Executive Member Raman Suri and former MLA Rajesh Gupta were special invitees at the Jagran which was also attended by Gopal Gupta Corporator Ward No. 5, Amit Gupta Corporator Ward No. 19, Ritu Choudhary Corporator Ward No. 7 and Vikram Malhotra District President Congress. |
