Rajouri, Nov 27: A bold of lightning injured at least five students and damaged government school' property today at village Dasal Gali of district Rajouri.
The incident took place at 11 am today when a bolt of lightning struck at Government Primary School Dasal Gali, which situated just 5 kilometre of distance, injured five students and damaged school records, uniforms and the electric wiring of the school. However, the students didn't receive major injuries and after initial treatment at nearby hospital and declared unhurt and discharged.
Locals appreciated the administration's effort for its prompt action to reach the spot but they blamed the bad condition of road which created inconvenience. |
