| Matador owners demand roll back of Sarore toll plaza | | |  Early Times Report
VIJAYPUR, DEC 17: The commuters travelling from Bari Brahmna to Vijaypur and vice-versa have faced a bigger problem today as the the owners of Matadors plying on Vijaypur- Baribrahmna route have stopped operating their vehicles today as mark of protest against the charging of toll on Sarore Toll plaza.
The owners demanded the closure of sarore Toll Plaza immediately as the charging of toll tax at Sarore has increased the expenses incurred upon the transporters besides increasing cost of Diesal.
"Even earlier in a letter addressed to the Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, Jammu and Kashmir BJP president Ravinder Raina highlighted the resentment among the people and have promised people to roll back the toll plaza but nothing in this regard has taken place and we are still burdenend by this toll charges," said an owner adding that the people are losing their faith on BJP due to this.
The Matador owners demanded the immidiate roll back of the Sarore Toll plaza and said that they will continue their strike untill Government will not roll back the toll plaza. |
