Lt Gen Y K Joshi to take over as new Northern Command Chief 1/31/2020 9:51:32 PM Jammu, Jan 31: Lieutenant General Yogesh Kumar Joshi, who is presently Chief of staff of the Northern Command, would be taking over as new Army Commander of strategically crucial Command at Udhampur on Saturday. Lt Gen Joshi would be replacing Lt Gen Ranbir Singh, who is superannuating on Friday. General Joshi was earlier the commander of Leh based Fire & Fury Corps.
