6 days productivity enhancement programme concludes at GCOE

Jammu, Feb 1: Productivity Enhancement Programme (PEP) , a six day special programme designed to increase the productivity of faculty members of the Higher Education Department concluded today at the Govt. College of Education, Jammu. Secretary Higher Education Janab Talat Parvez Rohella is the first person to bring in this change in the minds of teachers fraternity through this programme.
Prof. Dr. Sangita Nagari was the incharge officer of the programme.This was the first pilot batch of 30 teachers which had began in GCOE, Jammu . Faculty members from various colleges of Cluster university participated in this programme.The overall coordinator of the programme was Dr. Simmi Dutta (HOD Computer, GCET) and Dr. Shubhra Jamwal , GCOE was the Nodal officer of the course .This programme was being conducted by The Art of Living Organisation, Bengaluru. Harveen Sukhija (State Teachers Coordinator, Delhi NCR) and Yogesh Gaur (State Teachers Coordinator, J&K) were the resource persons on the occasion. Ajay Kapoor ( State Coordinator , DDC , Media and Govt. Projects, J&K) was also present on the occasion. A valedictory function was organised at the end and all the participants , organizers and volunteers were felicitated. Dr. Sangita Nagari, Principal GCOE was the chief guest on this occasion and she applauded the efforts of all the resource persons and organizers who guided the participants with the techniques of real art of living.The programme was a big success and the faculty members who participated in this programme also conveyed their views about the valuable lessons they learnt and how they are going to imbibe them in their life.
