JAMMU, Feb 11: Deputy Mayor, Jammu Municipal Corporation Advocate Purnima Sharma, conducted a meeting with the Panel of Advocates of JMC.
Shashi Kant Bhagat, Senior Law Officer along with Adv. Sachin Gupta, Adv. Vinay Chib and Adv. Sourabh Malhotra of Jammu Municipal Corporation were present during the meeting. During the meeting, various issues regarding the ongoing cases and pending cases of JMC were discussed.
Deputy Mayor took review of pending cases regarding Enforcement, Revenue (SWP), Compounding Cases, Public Interest Litigations. She also putforth the issue of pending compounding cases due to which the general public were suffering and also loss of revenue to the JMC was being caused. Law Officer ensured that he and his team of Advocates will try their best to complete as many cases as possible therefor providing some relief to the general public. |
