Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 11: 6 days Social & Emergency Response Volunteer Instructors' Training programme organized by Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu region concluded today. 40 Teachers, 4 from each of the 10 districts of Jammu Division, participated in this programme. Main components of SERV Programme were Master Trainer, Instructors, Social and Emergency Response Volunteers, Community outreach activities. The training was co-ordinated by Project Manager Imran and First Aid coordinator, IRCS, J&K State Branch Afroza. Theoretical and practical demonstrations were imparted by Dr. Itinder Pal Singh, Master Trainer, First-Aid and the exam was conducted by Dr. Simriti Bias. Hony. Secretary IRCS, Jammu Region Dinesh Gupta interacted with the participants and briefed them about the purpose of this training and how they can help others in their normal day to day life by applying the knowledge of First-Aid acquired by them.
