| GDC Billawar celebrates Matribhasha Diwas | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 29: To promote the dissemination of mother tongue fuller awareness of linguistic and cultural traditions all over the world and to inspire the young generation, Government Degree college Billawar organised one day Matribhasha Diwas on Dogra Culture under the wise guidance of Principal Dr. Jugal Kishore Sharma.
He elaborated in his lecture about usage and promotion of Dogri language. In the event, all the senior faculty members were presented and a total of 30 students participated in series of functions (Essay and Painting competitions). All participants were awarded with the certificate of appreciation. The event was compared by Anil Kumar Verma and final vote of thanks was given by coordinator of the event Dr. Shiv Kumar Khajuria. |
