POONCH, Feb 29: Fifty years old Mohammad Khalid who lives at Kasbalari, a remote village of Tehsil Mendhar of District is waiting for central beneficiary scheme for handicap. He is the most deserved person for pension but his pension form has been put under the table at tehsil Social Welfare Office in Mendhar.
He said, "I am totally handicapped from my leg and I have filled my pension seeking form and submitted to concerned office but years have now been passed but my application form did not benefit me."
He further said, "I travel to the office by spending of hundreds of rupees for which I beg to people and humbly enquire to the linked officer but nothing goes in my favour and on the evening, I return to home disappointingly."
He also said , "I'm this time facing so tough time to nurse my family ,3 children one is studying in 8th class and other is reading in the 5th and because of handicapping and I have compelled to beg to go to door to door." |
