Army holds medical camp at Jamola | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, Mar 1: Over seven hundred and forty villagers were medically examined and treated during a multi-speciality medical aid camp organised by Indian Army's Romeo Force at far flung Jamola village of Rajouri district. On Sunday morning, Romeo Force sector headquarter Commander inaugurated the camp in presence of Commanding Officer of Rashtriya Rifles battalion and other senior army officers and local citizens. Army and civil doctors who include gynaecologist, dental specialist, orthopedic and various other specialisations were present in the camp who medically examined over seven hundred and forty villagers from the area who primarily included village women and aged person. Free medicines and other allied medical items were also distributed among the patients whereas basic medical examinations that included Blood Pressure monitoring, blood sugar level monitoring, weight check were also carried out villagers. A separate CSD counter was also setup for poor people and domestic usable on subsidized rates were made available among the people.
