Jammu, Mar 1: All India Trade Union Congress (AITUC) has demanded from the central government as well as Union Territory (UT) administration to solve the demands of employees including PHE daily wagers as well as other employees. A meeting of AITUC J&K was held at Jammu, under the chairmanship of Com. Maimuna Begum, Vice President, AITUC Central Committee. The committee took serious note that the administration and officer’s have no interest to solve the problems/demands of the Employee/general Public of the UT, Jammu & Kashmir. The AITUC members demanded regularising the service of Daily wagers of all State Deptt’s who have completed seven years of service, redressal of demands of workers of JP Company & AFCON Company of Pakkal Dul, HE, Project Kishtwar at the earliest, implementation of Central Minimum Wage Act in all companies. The meeting concluded with the vote of thanks by S K Sharma, General Secretary. The speakers incuded Com. N K Dogra, Com. Balkar Singh, Com. Ashwani Pradhan, Com Daleep Singh Bhatti, Com. Perminder Kumar and others.
