Workshop on Photography and Design concludes

Jammu, Mar 1: Workshop on Photography and UI- UX Design, organized by Department of Applied Art at Institute of Music & Fine Arts (IMFA), University of Jammu on 24th February, 2020, concluded at the studios of the Institute. Ashwani Sharma, Secretary Press Club, Jammu was the chief guest on this occasion. Prof. Satnam Kaur, Principal, IMFA and T S Batra, former Principal of IMFA were the guests of honour whereas senior artist Jang S. Verman was the special invitee in the valedictory ceremony organized by the Department on this occasion. In his address, Ashwani Sharma said that the students have done a good job and should work hand in hand with the outside world also to explore more possibilities in the field of applied art. He also had interactive talk with the participants of the workshop. Speaking on this occasion, T S Batra appreciated the activities organized by IMFA for the betterment of the faculty and students of the Institute. Prof. Satnam Kaur, Principal, IMFA, said that there is a lot of talent among the students of IMFA and need they need to be projected at proper platforms.
