JKRETTF demands action against ZEO Manjakote in embezzlement of Rs 3

RAJOURI, Mar 5: Jammu Kashmir Rehabar e Taleem Teachers Forum demanded action against ZEO Manjakote and his clerical staff in case of embezzlement of Rs 3 crore.
JKRETTF had got registered and a compliant with Governor Grievances Cell, which was also submitted in the office of Ad .Deputy Commissioner Rajouri that more than 3 crores misappropriated from NPS 2071 Grant from 2013 to.2015 by ZEO Manjakote.
While on the direction of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Chief Education Officer Rajouri constitued a committee to conduct in depth enquiry in to the matter. When Committee members approached ZEO office MANJAKOTE to investigate the matter in detail the clerical staff of ZEO office MANJAKOTE refused to hand over the necessary document pertaining to the investigation. As the matter is of serious concern in which more than 3 crore rupees engulfed out of NPS salaries of the teachers .
JKRETTF Manjakot appealed to the Lt. Governor to intervene into the matter and hand over the case to ACB for fair probe so that culprits be booked under the law of the Land. When contacted DEPO Rajouri Rakesh Gupta ,he assured of comprehensive enquiry according to the standard parameters and also claimed that culprits would be taken with firm measures if found guilty .
