JAMMU, Mar 7: The Court of Sub-Judge Special Mobile Magistrate, Jammu has rejected the bail application of accused fraudster Parvin Kumar Ninawe son of Krishan Rao Ninawe of Choti Dhantoli, near Pervardhan Ground Renuka Mata Enclave Nagpur, Maharshtra.
The accused was arrested by Crime Branch Jammu in case FIR NO. 45/2019 U/S 420, RPC P/S Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, now under investigation with Crime Branch, Jammu for duping the complainant to the tune of Rs 1,69,54,742 on the pretext of providing supply of food grains.
A bail application moved by the accused namely Parvin Kumar Ninawe was rejected the Sub Judge Special Magistrate, Jammu in view of the facts and circumstances of the case.
The accused is on Police remand and further investigation is going on.
