RLC Jammu warns AFCON regarding non implementation of CWA

Jammu, Mar 7: In a major boost for hundreds of labourers working in various companies, 2nd hearing for the case was held at RLC office Jammu regarding Implementation of Central Wages Act and Violations of Labour Law in CVPPL, AFCON and Jai Prakash Company. As per the details available with Early Times, in the case from Chenab Valley Power Project Limited I. Boral General Manager HR, Sanjeev Kumar Senior Manager HR, Sajid Ali Rather Officer HR, Tashir Bashir Law Officer are representing from Chenab Valley Power Project Limited, Sujit Kumar Dass Senior Manager P&A from AFCON and From Jai Prakash Col. Lakhmir Singh, GM P&A and Vikram Singh DGM (P&A) and complaint Thakur Randeep Bhandari where present. As different arguments was made from CVPPL,AFCON and Jai Prakash side regarding the case and at the end case was put up for next hearing on 24 March 2020.
While the complaints, while in his comment said in CVPPL,NHPC and PTC are share holder of 51% if they take money from Centre why they are not implementing Central Wages and both AFCON and J.P are not serious about Labours welfare and I again along with all documents and photographs proof made complaint to PMO Office and also to Central Labour Ministry and Central Labour Commissinor for actions against the companies and non implementation of Central wages act and violations of Labour law.
