Many PHCs in Poonch sans PPEs to fight against Covid-19 | | | Rajesh Tandon Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 7: According to sources many PHC still don't receive gloves, sanitizers, doctors keeping patients away due to lack of facilities. Amid rising coronavirus cases in India, the Union Health ministry has asked hospitals and medical education institutes to procure sufficient number high flow oxygen masks and advised them to decrease gatherings on their respective premises. The people are in a worry as many sources said that the doctors due to lack of facilities were forced to make patient sit away from them as a precautionary measure as there were no facilities available to test the current epidemic and the people who shows symptoms were sent to Jammu or Rajouri for further tests. More over many according to the sources masks and sanitizers were also not still reached to many PHC's. The locals have said that administration must check the irregularities so that the common people may not suffer.
