| Some forces in Valley trying to make lockdown fail | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 10: Despite repeated appeals by the authorities some elements are hell-bent to spoil ongoing lockdown to beat coronavirus by raking religious sentiments of the people.
Today being Friday, some anti-social elements tried to rake up sentiments of the people and instigated them to come in the mosques for Friday prayers. Although only a few numbers of people have respond to instigation of such people, such elements are trying their best to make lockdown fail.
Knowing that failing of lockout would put whole population of Kashmir Valley at the risk, these elements are still hatching conspiracies to accomplish their nefarious designs. Majority of residents of Valley are worried over increasing number of positive coronavirsus cases but these elements are trying to spoil all efforts to contain the virus.
According to reports, Handwara Police on Friday arrested 34 more persons in its jurisdictional for violating the orders issued U/s 144 CrPC. These persons were found violating prohibitory orders.
Similarly Bandipora Police also arrested more than 50 persons from different places for violation of restriction order and holding Friday prayers.
Some elements are misusing social media to instigate people by raking up their emotions. |
