Drug Controller declares Amoxycillin capsules procured by JKMSCL not of substandard quality | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 1: Contrary to what the erstwhile state vigilance organization (now anti corruption bureau) has claimed, the Controller Drug and Food Control Organization (CDFCO) has given green signal. According to CDFCO J&K, testing of Amoxycillin Capsule purchased by Jammu and Kashmir Medical Supply Corporation Limited (JKMSCL) declared to be “not of sub stansard”. “Testing of Amoxycillin Capsules I.P 500: Batch No.:BC160005;M/D:01/2016;E/D:12/2017: Manufactured By: M/s Theon Pharmaceutical Ltd. Village Siaini Majra Tehsil Nalagarh Solan (HP)174101- declared to be “Not of Standard Quality” test report on Form-2 thereof. It is pertinent to mention here that the biased SVO (now ACB) in its report had claimed an adverse finding to defame the officer Dr Yashpal Sharma the then MD JKMSCL.
