| AIBCU alleges discrimination with OBCs | | |

JAMMU, May 7: Prof Kali Dass, General Secretary, AIBCU has alleged that the state government is anti-OBC since it has made unconstitutional reservation quotas with only 4 percent to the OBCs (called OSCs ) against their due share of 27 percent even after the abrogation of article 370.
Dass said the reservation of 4 percent was a big treachery which did not stop there only but there is an intention of the BJP govt and so while issuing the roaster of 100 seats only three seats were mentioned.That means only 3 out of 100 seats there by announcing 3% to OSCs. He said the Govt has yet not changed the composition of the backward classes commission which has chairman and only two members instead of four who all are non-OBC. |
