| Team Mask Force lays emphasis on use of Aarogya Setu App | | |

JAMMU, May 13: Team Mask Force Chairman Vijay Sharma Rtd DC State Taxes strongly pleaded for the use of Aarogya Setu App to help prevent spreading coronavirus infections throughout the country. Aarogya Setu App earlier launched by Govt of India on 2nd of April is the fastest App in the world downloaded by five crores of peoples in the country within 13 days of its launch. The App is based on Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and helps in tracking the user's location & contact history amid covid-19 pandemic. Although the use of Aarogya Setu App may have not been strongly effective in view of the prevailing circumstances in JK UT is to be temporarily borne as against the Human aspects of life but we have to be protective by dint of other cautions. Constitution of three members committee to balance the National Security in term of need of networking speed in JKUT in a time bound reporting shows how serious is the concern of Apex Court of the issue involved for its verdict at an earliest, added Sharma. |
