| BMS opposes dilution in labour laws by central Govt | | |

Jammu, May 13: The state executive core committee meeting of Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh Jammu & Kashmir was held today to discuss the govt move to amend labour laws.
The BMS is against the central govt move for scraping and or deferment of some labour laws in favour of industries with the plea that by diluting statuary provisions of labour laws economy will be busted.
The BMS has strongly opposed as there is already huge exploitation of working class even no implementation of minimum wages, payment of wages, gratuity Act etc and most importantly govt is moving toward by passing the mechanism of grievance redressal available under I.D Act. |
