Jammu, June 9: To achieve the objective of e-learning and continuance teaching learning process over digital platforms and to prepare the students of 6th semester of all the colleges of UT of Jammu and Kashmir for forthcoming examination based on new pattern of examination to be conducted by the University of Jammu, the Department of Mathematics organised an Inter-collegiate Mathematics Quiz competition here today. The Quiz was based on the subject Complex Analysis. A total of 154 students from 19 different institutions across the UT of J&K participated enthusiastically in the event. Those scoring 60% or more marks were awarded e-certificate after the completion of event. As per data, Rama Pawar of GDC Akhnoor ,Sameeksha Gupta of GGM Science College, Alisha Gupta of GDC Kathua (Boys) and Balgeet Singh of GDC Akhnoor secured 100 percent marks and stood first , while Ritika Sharma of GDC Kathua (Boys), Anchana Jamwal of GDC Reasi, Aru Gupta of GDC Kathua, Kimi Sharma of GDC Kathua, Sukhmeet Singh of M.A.M College Jammu, Rahul Sharma and Rajat Sharma of GDC Akhnoor secured 98 percent marks and clinched 2nd position and 3rd position was claimed by Samritti Devi of GDC Reasi by securing 94 percent marks. |
