Early Times Report

Jammu, June 9: Brutal killing of Sarpanch Ajay Pandita has evoked strong reactions across the world but Congress leadership at the Centre could not muster guts to condemn Pakistan sponsored terrorists who have committed this gruesome killing.
Instead of strongly condemning terrorists for committing this barbaric act, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi only expresses his condolences with the family and friends of Ajay Pandita.
“My condolences to the family and friends of Ajay Pandita, who sacrificed his life for the democratic process in Kashmir. We stand with you in this time of grief. Violence will never win”, Rahul Gandhi tweeted without mentioning even a word against terrorists who were involved in this gruesome killing.
“Just condolences on Twitter won't be sufficient Mr Rahul Gandhi.
Shun your support and soft corner for Pakistan and separatists of Kashmir. That will be the real tribute to the supreme sacrifice of Mr #AjayPandita !”, a social media ‘warrior’ responded.
Social media is flooded with criticism of Rahul Gandhi for not speaking a word against Pakistan sponsored terrorists responsible for killing a Kashmiri Hindu Sarpanch who belonged to his own party.
Many eye-brows have been raised over Rahul Gandhi’s soft condemnation of the killing of his own party leader, who had won the Panchayat election.
While Rahul Gandhi has avoided attacking terrorists for killing his own party leader from Kashmir Valley, no other central leader of the party has mentioned even a single word against killing of Ajay Pandita.
