Jammu, June 9: In order to have proper representation of the Government of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir before Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench, Law Department y ordered that the following Law Officers shall represent the Government of Union Territory before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench at Jammu under overall supervision of the Learned Advocate General, J&K as per distribution.
As per order issued by Secretary Law Achal Sethi that Amit Gupta AAG, Rajesh Thappa and Sudesh Kumar Deputy AG will represent the Union Territory at Central Administrative Tribunal. (JNF)
