SAMBA, June 13: The continuous violation of social distancing in Samba district has been raising serious concerns in view of rising positive cases of COVID-19 in such unprecedented conditions. The people of district Samba expressed their concern about lives of common masses who are not obeying the government advisories. Ever since the deployment of security personnel has been reduced the people have been openly violating social distancing norms. It has been observed that at many places particularly at Government Ration Depots, wholesale shops, fruit and vegetables mandis and banks, where the people are not maintaining the social distancing, not wearing the masks. They further said that there are many Quarantine centres in District Samba. The prominent people Rajan Sharma Councilor, Antarjami Sharma, Babal Gupta, etc. urged the Government as well as administration of district Samba to deploy security personnel at govt. Ration depots, banks, whole shops and public places for strict implementation of medical advisory for the prevention of spreading covid cases.
