Anantnag, June 13: Around two dozens Jawans of Central Reserve Police Force, deployed in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district, on Saturday tested Postive for coronavirus. According to Laboratory reports of SKIMS, 33 persons belonging to Anantnag district tested positive for coronavirus. “Among them 24 are CRPF Jawans,” officials at SKIMS told Early Times. Jawans were sampled few days ago a one of their colleague tested postive for the virus. “22 Jawans belong one battalion where as two others belong two different battalions” sources revealed. 9 civilians, who belong to different areas of Anantnag district, also tested postive for the virus. With this the total number of #COVID2019 cases in Anantnag has reached to 516. So far 338 have recorved while as the district has reported five deaths due to Coronavirus. |
