JAMMU, June 15: The Divyang students (Deaf & Dumb) of J&K Samaj Kalyan Kendra (SKK), Jammu have excelled in Matriculation examination with hundred percent pass percentage, result of which was announced today by Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education. Out of 13 Divyang students appeared, 9 have secured first division or distinction. Five students have got distinctions. School's topper, Pardeep Kumar has secured 74.4% aggregate, (372 marks out of 500) followed by Sabina Shad with 71 % aggregate (355 marks). Other distinction holders are Ratneshwar Kargotra, Anil Singh & Utsav Gupta. The President of the SKK, K B Jandial, office bearers and members of the Governing Body have lauded the academic achievement of these Specially Talented students. They attributed the continuous good results of the school for the last five years to the hard work of the students, Principal and the teaching faculty of the school. To encourage the students for excellence the management has already instituted cash awards. |
