JAMMU, June 22: Nami Dogri Sanstha as its 6th fortnightly e-goshthi organized a multi-lingual e-Mushaira. 28 poets representing Dogri, Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi languages participated. This literary event was held on the Nami Dogri Sansth (NDS) whatsapp group. The participating poets presented their expressions on varied subjects like romance, environment, social evils, ongoing pandemic, patriotism and homage to our martyrs .
Dr Vijay Puri renowned cartoonist and writer presided over the e-Mushaira whereas Yash Pal Yash General Secretary NDS conducted the proceedings. Capt Lalit Sharma, convener NDS planned, organized and coordinated the event and offered his comments on each and every poetic item presented.
The participating poets included Mohan Singh Slathia , “Wali Mohammad Aseer Kishtwari”, Dr Vijay Puri, Susheel Bhola, Dr Ramesh Nirash, Usha Kiran Kiran, Amar Jeet Kaur “Neer” , Kusum Sharma “Antra”, Pallavi Rajput, Dr Anita Langoo, Neelam Mahotra Verma, Kalpana Gupta, Yash Pal Yash, Harish Kaila, Capt Lalit Sharma and others.
President NDS in his communication said that participation of poets in large numbers speaks about the grand success of the e-Mushaira where quality poetry was presented in various languages . |
