Jammu, June 22: Regional Transport Office Jammu on Monday said that Learner License Tests, Driving Skill Tests will restart here from Tuesday. As per Government order, Regional Transport Officer, Jammu said that it is to inform the public in general that the Learner License Tests and Driving Skill Tests in this office are being re-started (by reducing the per day quota of slots in view of COVID-19 pandemic) from June 23. “The applicants who have missed their earlier test dates/ slots have to re-book the same and only those candidates shall be allowed to appear in these tests who have obtained/booked slot/date of appointments afresh,” he said. Issuing the roaster, the RTO said that on Monday, registration and inspection of vehicles will take place, on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, learner License tests will be conducted and on Wednesday, permit and transfer of vehicles and on Friday, driving license related matters are to be take up. Further, the applicants/visitors have to strictly follow all SOPs issued by the Central/UT Government from time to time, in view of COVID-19 pandemic like social distancing, hand hygiene and face masks while appearing for learner license and driving skill tests and entering in RTO Office, Jammu |
