Kathua, July 16: Taking serious cognizance of the Early Times news report about violation of COVID-19 protocols outside DC office, the administration today enforced social distancing norms during the domicile certificate distribution at the DC office premises. The Early Times in its report titled, “People violate Covid-19 protocols outside DC office, admin in deep slumber”, which was published in Early Times Tuesday edition, it was explained in detail that inside the DC office premises, COVID-19 protocols were not being followed. The DC office took cognizance of the report and deputed police personnel to enforce the social distancing norms. On the spot, white circles marks were also made to enforce social distancing among the applicant. Instructions have also been issued to the applicants for domicile certificates to wear face masks. People hailed the story of Early Times that paper always raised public issues on time.
