| Dy Mayor inspect ongoing works | | |

Jammu, July 16: Deputy Mayor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Purnima Sharma today inspected the ongoing developmental work at Choughan Salathia in ward no. 1.
It was a long pending demand of the locals of the area due to which residents of 45 houses of the area were suffering since the past 40 years as they were being supplied dirty water because of the old damaged water supply pipe and damaged drain of the area.
The work was finally initiated due to the efforts of Adv. Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor. The development work comprised of reconstruction of drain and lane by JMC and also installation of new 6 inch pipe for water supply to the residents.
Gopal Sanotra (Add. Office Secretary Mandal BJP), Vijay Sharma (President Booth no. 02, ward no. 01), Gopal Magotra, Madhav Singh Thakur, Tarseem ji, Rajeev Mahajan, Sanjeev Mahajan beside others also accompanied Deputy Mayor. |
