| NDS organizes digital Dogri e-Goshthi | | |

JAMMU, July 20: Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) using social media platforms organized a digital "Dogri e-Goshthi" wherein about 28 Dogri poets participated. The poetry was posted by participating poets on NSD’s whattsapp group by way of audios/videos/manuscripts. The poetic meet covered varieties of subjects like patriotism, environment, romance, social issues, corona pandemic, corruption and democratic values Yash Pal Yash General Secretary NDS conducted the proceedings with series of his video clips. Advocate Harish Kaila President NDS coordinated and supervised the event.
Capt Lalit Sharma, Convener NDS chaired the " Dogri e-Goshthi" and in his address expressed his views on each poetic item posted in the e-Goshthi. In his concluding remarks he said that writers and poets perceive and disseminate knowledge through their creative writings to enrich the literature and this creativity initiates new thinking, learning and collating process in the society and the wisdom so emerging strengthens the society intellectually and as such writers and poets play a vital role in enlightenment of the society and infusing positivity in our lives.
The poets who participated include Kusum Sharma Antra, Sunaina Kaila, B.S.Jamwal, Rashpal Dasgotra, Kalpana Gupta, Dalip Singh Bloria , Tarsem Mahajan, Dr Adarsh Malhotra, Amarjeet Kaur Neer and several others. |
