Jammu, Aug 18: R.M. Public School Sainik Colony, Chowadhi along with Rotary Club of Jammu Trikuta organised a plantation drive on the occasion of Independence Day in the premises of the school.
Everybody is concerned about unabated felling of trees and rising pollution which has caused extensive damage to our serene environment, President Rtn.
Dr Ram Gupta said it was the responsibility of every individual to plant as many saplings as possible to check environment pollution.
Others who were present on this occasion were Chairman Rameshwar Mengi (R.M.Public School), Principal Ravinder Kour (R.M.P.S), Director Rakshan Mengi (Shiksha Niketan), Incharges, Staff Members of the school, Rtn. Dr Kiranjeet Kour (club secretary), Rtn. Sushma Gupta (Executive Secretary), Rtn. Anamika Khajuria (Immediate Past President), Rtn. Sudershan Padha, Rtn. TarunRaina (Treasurer),Rtn.Vishal Gupta(club member).
