JAMMU, Aug 31: Government Degree College Ramgarh organised an on line extension lecture on the topic “An Approach to Mental Health and Well Being during Covid-19 Pandemic”. The extension lecture is the maiden activity of Psychological Counselling Cell, GDC Ramgarh. Dr. Meeru Abrol , Principal of the college in her welcome address highlighted the importance of the lecture, while Prof. (Dr.) Manisha Kohli, Associate Professor, Psychology Government P. G. College for Women, Gandhi Nagar was the resource person of the on line event on the official Youtube channel of GDC Ramgarh. She included tips for coping with Corona virus anxiety, loneliness, and maintaining mental health during social isolation in the time of COVID-19 in her talk with visuals. Prof. Seema Sharma, Convener Psychological Career Cell coordinated the event. Prof. Risha Kumari, Assistant Professor, Punjabi gave the vote of thanks.
