ECPF demands pension rule, one rank-one pensions | | | Early times Report
Jammu, Aug 31: Ex-Central Paramilitary Forces Welfare Association highlighted issues and demanded one rank one pensions. As per press release, they demanded to frame separate armed Force Services and pension rules instead of CCS Rules and exempt from New pension scheme (NPS) being Armed Forces emerged with Civil Act CCS 72 of GOI as Para-Military forces are performing their duties 24hours at LOC and has kept with the civilians employees and need to kept in Armed Act instead Civil Act CCS 72. To fulfill the commitment made by the Prime of India during his visit Conference Hall of I.T.B.P at Leh on the eve of Deepawali 2019 that one rank one pension will be sanctioned to the Para Military forces but the same is still awaited. Appeal to Fiancé Ministry GOI to Release of DA with effect from January 2020 onwards on priority basis as the prices of every essential commodities are touching the sky. Waive off 50% Corna Tax enhanced after lock down in the para-military forces canteens in J&K U.T. as the other states has already waived off. Grant of similar benefits to the BSF,ITBP and NSG being all coming under the section 4 of Act, 1968 which too has been defined by the Ministry of Home Affairs GOI.
