Srinagar, Sep 1: An unidentified woman committed suicide by jumping into river Jehlum at Khankhe-e-Moula in the down town Srinagar on Tuesday, official sources said.
However, people present in the area immediately jumped into the river but could not save her.
The body was later fished out after some time, they further said adding police has taken over the body for identification.
